Job Summary:

Join us as a Patch Management Administrator responsible for system administration tasks associated with end-point patching. Manage server OS patching, security configuration, software distributions, system health, and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee server OS patching procedures and security hardening.
  • Investigate and remediate endpoint security incidents in line with corporate policies.
  • Provision and maintain endpoints to adhere to corporate security policies.
  • Identify and mitigate client problems through effective solutions.
  • Create and improve endpoint policies and procedures.
  • Recommend devices and techniques aligned with company policies.
  • Provide support for Windows-based infrastructure based on business requirements.
  • Manage Windows Server systems, system software, clustering software, and system management agents.
  • Evaluate and review patches before and after installation.
  • Perform backup and restore operations as required by the business.
  • Conduct capacity planning for future growth of customer servers.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, MIS, or related field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related field experience.
  • Preferred: ACSP, A+, Network+, Server+, and Security+ certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of scripting languages such as .NET, Perl, Java, VB, and PHP.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability assessment and remediation.
  • Proficiency in using SQL database products and creating customized web reports.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OSX operating systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a technical team.
  • Self-motivated and able to produce results with minimal supervision.
